As an Inside Sales Professional, you will play a vital role in our growth and success by:

1. Sales & Client Relationship Management:

  • Building and maintaining relationships with potential and existing clients in Bali and internationally.
  • Following up on leads, understanding client needs, and guiding them through the sales process.
  • Promoting and selling Odoo solutions tailored to client requirements.
  • Achieving and exceeding sales targets and KPIs.

2. Lead Generation & Prospecting:

  • Actively sourcing new leads through online research, networking, and outreach.
  • Identifying new business opportunities and potential partnerships.
  • Developing a robust pipeline of qualified prospects.

3. Website & Marketing Support:

  • Collaborating with the team to update and optimize the company website to attract and engage potential clients.
  • Assisting in the creation of marketing campaigns, including content writing, social media updates, and email outreach.

4. Client Communication:

  • Communicating effectively in both Bahasa Indonesia and English, ensuring clarity and professionalism in all interactions.
  • Delivering compelling presentations, proposals, and demonstrations tailored to client needs.

5. Team Collaboration:

  • Working closely with the marketing, technical, and project teams to deliver seamless client experiences.
  • Contributing insights on market trends and customer feedback to enhance our strategy and offerings.

Requirements:

To join our team, you should have:

  • Language Skills: Fluency in both Bahasa Indonesia and English (written and spoken).
  • Experience: A background in sales, business development, or a similar role. Experience with Odoo is a plus.
  • Location: Based in Bali, Indonesia, or willing to relocate.
  • Proactivity: A self-starter who is motivated to find opportunities and deliver results.
  • Technical Skills: Familiarity with CRM systems (Odoo experience preferred) and online marketing tools.
  • Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Team Spirit: A collaborative attitude and eagerness to contribute to a positive work environment.
